Purchase returns

The return period is 15 days from the date of delivery.

How do I return an item?

• Go to My Orders from the My Account section of the Markabu website or mobile app.
• Click the "Order Details" button and view the details of your order.
• Press the easy return button.
• Select the item to return and the reason for the return. If you have purchased more than one unit of the same item, you must also select the quantity of items to be returned.
• The goods are accepted for return only in complete set, with all packaging and stickers, unworn / unused!
• In the case of more than one delivery option, select your shipment.
• Pay attention to the return shipping code displayed on the screen. You can also access your return shipping code on the My Orders page and in the notification message sent to your customer email address.
• Put the invoice together with the items to be returned in one package.
• Send the package with the return code to the selected courier within 7 days. If you pass 7 days, you will need to receive a return code again.

 

Refund policy

The item you are returning must be unused and not damaged by misuse.

If the items arrive to us in a used, worn out or washed condition, we may have to send them back to you. In this case, no refunds will be issued.

You must return the item / items with all accessories, original box and invoice.

Returns of single-use products and products that quickly deteriorate with the likelihood of an expiration date will not be accepted.

Cosmetics and personal care products, lingerie, swimwear, bikinis, books, playable software and programs, DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes and stationery supplies (toner, cartridge, tape, etc.), if they are subject to reimbursement.

Household appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, stoves [gas, electric, microwave], hoods, irons, fans, heaters, coolers), TVs, etc. Boxes of products requiring installation should only be opened by authorized service personnel after the product has been delivered to you. If you open a product box in the presence of authorized service personnel, the product warranty may be voided.

If any damage / defect is found on the product after the product has been opened by authorized service personnel, you should ask the authorized service personnel to complete a due diligence report / service form / service report detailing the problem. ...
